Communication Coordinator
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for Mosa's internal and external stakeholder communications, including that of its Quand On Danse/When We Dance programme.
You will participate in the definition of the communication strategy in close collaboration with the Head of External Relations and Corporate Identity.
You will plan and implement actions to promote the school, its activities and services as well as the brands 'Mosa Ballet School' and 'Quand on Danse' (programme promoting dance and its benefits to a wide audience) within the financial framework set by the CFO.
Together with your team (production manager, digital & community manager, photographer, graphic designer, etc.), you are responsible for the production of content, 360° media (press, website, social networks, newsletters, etc.) and community management.
You will be responsible for organising the school's internal and external events (apart from educational and artistic events, which are the responsibility of the artistic director), such as visits, open days and awareness-raising events, mediation for the general public, the patrons' gala, etc.
You will be in charge of internal communication in order to inform, unite and motivate internal staff.
You will be a member of the Management Committee and will actively collaborate with the Artistic Director, the Infrastructure Manager, the Quand On Danse Manager and the Sales and Fund Raising Manager.
