Event Organizer - Sales Assistant

Under the supervision of the Communication, Marketing and Sales Manager, the Events Project Manager - Sales Assistant is responsible for the logistics, planning and implementation of all events related to the activities of the Mosa Ballet School (MBS) and in particular :

- Supervision of the annual auditions for the recruitment of students (some of these are held abroad) 

- Intensive courses during the school holidays

- Performances given by the students in the school or in other places such as nursing homes

- Gala evenings and other sponsorship-related events 

- Events and activities related to the social programme "Quand on Danse" with different audiences and associations 

- Internal MBS events such as the staff party and other events 


  • Organise and lead meetings with department heads to define the needs and objectives of the event. Draw up specifications, advise and make proposals for the implementation of the project
  • Taking charge of the entire event design, analysing quotes and pre-selecting service providers, reviewing contracts
  • Co-designing the agenda for events, including communication updating the website, working with external professionals and in close cooperation with the MBS web master - marketing assistant
  • Acting as a real conductor on the day to ensure that the day/evening runs smoothly and to manage any last-minute problems
  • Carry out administrative tasks in relation to the sales and ticketing strategy of the Communication, Marketing & Sales department

Must Have

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years' successful experience in a similar role and a proven knowledge of the latest trends, tools, platforms and best practices in event production and marketing
  • You have strong software skills and fluency in the Office suite. You have experience of using professional content writing and social media
  • You have the ability to work independently, take the initiative, set priorities and manage a variety of activities simultaneously
  •  You are rigorous and attentive to detail, with excellent organisational skills. You are fluent in French and English. 
  •  You have the ability to handle pressure and stress and the capacity to react quickly to unexpected events

  • BAC + 3 or similar experience
