Head of Student Supervisors

Reporting to the School Coordinator, the Head of Student Supervisors is responsible for the supervision and monitoring of students and young dancers at Mosa.

As a professional in education, prevention and mediation, he/she is responsible for the safety and well-being of each student during the day (entry-exit flows between the school and the boarding school, study supervision, emergency management) and during the night (supervision, emergency management).

Responsible for the management of a team of educators, supervisors, students, boarders, volunteers, etc., he or she acts within the financial framework defined by the School Coordinator.

He or she ensures that the rules of school life are respected and that people live together.

As a resource person, he or she listens to each student in order to accompany him or her in his or her growth, to enable him or her to gradually take ownership of school life, to find his or her place and to develop the social and academic skills necessary for autonomy and responsibility.

As a privileged interlocutor for the young person and his or her family, he or she serves as an interface between the different actors and is a relay with the parents. Thanks to his or her numerous interventions and presence, he or she also plays an intermediary role in the various situations encountered.

In addition to the pedagogical and social elements, his or her role includes administrative and planning tasks.  He or she sets up a reliable system to ensure 24/7 student supervision.

He or she participates in the social programme Quand On Danse on an ad hoc basis.
