Manager of Social Programme

Introduction

Mosa wishes to be recognised not only as a high-level school for its 115 students but also as an institution that has a major societal impact on the public and communities. Convinced that art and more specifically Dance is a powerful tool contributing to the health and well-being of all people at all ages, the Mosa Ballet School wishes to move the lines and capitalise on its notoriety, its mobilisation force and its operational means to support the actors and associations active in this field and to bring them closer to the potential and existing beneficiaries of these programmes.

This strategy is perfectly in line with the three values of the Mosa: excellence, humanity and collaboration.

The Quand On Danse / When We Dance programme aims to be the essential intermediary for dance with a social, inclusive, beneficial or therapeutic vocation (the "Dance").

Its mission is to multiply the positive impact of Dance by raising awareness of its virtues and promoting its development, using the status and resources of the Mosa Ballet School.

In order to create this community and generate and sustain its activities, this programme combines economic and social performance. Generating profits is essential in order to increase the operational resources of Mosa and the associations concerned and to generate ever more positive impacts for the benefit of the communities.
