Social Impact Programme Assistant (f/m/x)
Convinced that dance can become a source of well-being and emancipation, especially for people traditionally far from artistic practice, the school initiates, facilitates and highlights inclusive and adapted dance actions, in collaboration with scientific and field experts.
Under the supervision of the Societal Impact Programme Manager, the "Quand on Danse" assistant is mainly responsible for the administrative aspects of the programme's activities.
In this role, you will assist and assist the Societal Impact Programme Manager in all her tasks and all phases of the project's progress.
You will manage the front-line customer contact (phone and email) and offer your support for the use of the digital platform.
You will participate and support the coordination of the various activities and events organized as part of the program.
This position involves evening and/or weekend work.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Content writing : project description, subsidy files, communication support texts,...
- Maintenance of the databases of the digital platform
- Organization of the programme schedule
- Administrative and document management
- Follow-up of files
Must Have
- A minimum of 3 years' successful experience in a similar position, ideally in consulting, education/training or health
- A perfect command of French spelling and syntax and strong writing skills
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Strong affinities with computer tools and master the Office Office Suite (Excel, World, Outlook, ...)
