On September 22nd, the Mosa Ballet School, through its social program "Quand on Danse," is organizing its first international conference, focusing on the benefits of dance for seniors and individuals with neurodegenerative diseases. Dance has proven to be an intriguing tool for the physical, mental, and cognitive well-being of older adults. Its practice contributes to the improvement and even prevention of brain aging symptoms, making it an intriguing topic for neuroscience.

Well, I won’t take too much of your time…
I would just like to say a few words on behalf of all of us, the students of Mosa.
This year was new and full of surprises, we all learned so much, we got to know so many new places and meet so many new people. It was a unique, fulfilling, rich experience where we got to know each other and ourselves better.
This year was a process, it was the very beginning of the school history and the creation of its memories. It was a dream coming true for all of us that are in here right now.
I remember well of the beginning in the boarding, when we didn’t know each other at all and could barely speak the same language. But, living together made us learn so much about each other that right now even though we still speak different languages we simply get one another!
Mosa was the opportunity for all of us to aim to pursue our ambitions and work hard for them. It was hard but worth it, scary but exciting, difficult but exhilarating to be part of.
Now and in the future, Mosa will be the same for many other young dancers around the world. This is our school but also our home, the place where we created strong connections and lots of unforgettable memories.
We are so grateful and happy to be here, in this amazing, caring system, being part of this school, and sharing with all these people who have changed the course of our lives forever.
So, this is all of us saying thank you. We definitely don’t say it enough…
 Thank you to all the staff, thank you to the teachers, the directors and thank you Benjamine and Damien for making this all possible to happen!

Dear Jean-Philippe,

A quick note to thank you for giving me the opportunity to attend yesterday afternoon's ballet rehearsal class for young people. It was truly astonishing to see (among others) Mattia, Hugo, and Frederico in their true element: they are much more at ease there than in their math classes.

A splendid blend of physical strength and flexibility, artistic grace, and discipline, all in pursuit of the perfect gesture. When congratulating their teacher (Wilfried if I'm not mistaken), I mentioned that, knowing absolutely NOTHING about dance at this stage (first position, second position, etc., arabesque, rond de jambe, and so on... I'm somewhat familiar with "pirouette"), I was already positively amazed at the boys' ability to remember the entire sequence of figures to be presented (I would say between 18 and 20 tableaux, each composed of several tens of successive technical movements...).

Add to that the sumptuous setting of the Grand Hall, the precision and accuracy of the teacher's benevolent instructions, guidance, and advice, and - as you warned me - the ease and virtuosity of the pianist (without a single sheet of music but in perfect harmony with the coach and students)... Remarkable!

But oh, how quickly that hour passed.

Thank you, and congratulations to the entire team: these young dancers have already made tremendous progress in just one year!!! I hope the other volunteers will have as much pleasure as I did.

Regarding Ifu: I had noted "Tuesday" and "Thursday" last Friday; we canceled yesterday's assistance, and I assume she also doesn't need any help tomorrow afternoon (her exam may have already taken place in the meantime?), but if needed, I can make myself available.

In any case, please convey my "good luck" wishes to the different students who have been to my place and/or to Philippe Delfosse's, for their upcoming "formality" ;)
